About us

A foundation built around people, not platforms

Synonymous Foundation is the community arm of Synonymous Australia — turning ethical technology into everyday support.

Our story

Started by people who kept seeing the same gap

Synonymous Foundation began with a simple observation: the people who most need modern tools are usually the last to receive them, and the support that arrives rarely accounts for how someone is actually feeling.

We were formed inside the Synonymous Australia ecosystem to close that gap — combining emotional‑tech research, digital inclusion work and grassroots partnerships into programs communities can genuinely use.

Today we work alongside schools, community centres, carers and local councils to make support accessible, dignified and ongoing.
